Barrs Court Moat
The Barrs Court Moat has been designated an ancient  monument dating back to the 14th Century.
( see our history page )
We were a conservation group based in the east of Bristol, U.K. consisting of approximately forty members who met in the cadbury heath hall and carried out seasonal conservation work  at the
Barrs Court Moat site which is situated in Stephen's Drive,
Barrs Court, Bristol.
The group was formed in 1988 and were proud to have served the community on a voluntary basis until 2013. We devoted twenty five years of our lives to this cause but were unable to attract in younger volunteers to join our committee. Our ageing group many of whom had worked on site in excess of 20 years decided reluctantly to desolve the group in July 2013.
